How many items may I order at a time?
We do not have any limits. Order as many items as you need. You may also buy products for the entire course of the treatment.
Who buys medicines on your website?
We do not sell medical products to people, who are under 18 years old.
What dose should I take?
You may read about dosing on the leaflet of a medicine you are going to take. However, only health care professional is able to tell you a right dose for your clinical case. That is why, it is very important to see a doctor before taking any medications.
When do you send orders?
All orders are processed and sent within 24 hours. However, if you placed an order on weekends, it will be sent on Monday.
What countries do you send packages?
We work with international transportation systems, and so we will deliver orders to any country.
Where to pay for my order?
When you have placed an order, you will be automatically referred to a billing page, where you have to enter your bank details for the payment.
What bank cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, and Visa, and E-Checks.
Can I pay by cash?
We do not accept cash.
How do you deliver your items?
There are two ways of the shipment: EMS and AirMail. A package will be delivered within 8 business days during the EMS and about 4 weeks during the AirMail. So, it is up to you what to select.
How to add items to a shopping cart?
Please, select a required number of the pills and click on Add to a shopping Cart. And then you will see your items in the shopping cart.
How to remove items from the shopping cart?
When you click on shopping cart icon, you will see the items that have been added. Click on this item and a dash will appear, and when you click on it, the item will be removed from the shopping cart.
How to cancel an order?
An order can be canceled before the payment stage. You may just clear your shopping cart. But if you have paid for your order, you cannot cancel an order.
Do I need a prescription for buying online?
No, we do not ask for a prescription.
Do you ask for any papers?
No, we do not need your papers. The only thing is that you will have to show your ID to a postman to receive a package.
What to do with broken pills?
If you received the package and the pills were broken, we do not recommend to take it. Please, contact us for more details.
How do you pack my order?
All orders have been packed into special envelope that is meant for the transportation. The pills come in blisters, and so it will not be damaged. Moreover, we add additional packing materials for extra protection of the order.
Are there delays with the shipment?
Yes, there are. It happens that the shipment period takes longer than we have mentioned. National holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances may delay the shipment. We cannot predict anything, and please, go easy on any delays. If you have not received your package in 6 weeks, let us know, and we will send you another package free of charge.
How do you protect my personal information?
We use SSL certificates to protect personal information of every customer. When you enter any data on our website, you will see a little icon looking like a key in your browser, it means that all data are secured and encrypted. We do not let any leakage of personal information, and we do not give any data to third parties. Everything is controlled carefully.
How to use my bonus?
Our bonus will be automatically applied when you place an order for the second time (it will be 10% off for the order). Our system controls this procedure.
