Pimples in children and their treatment
The most common skin disease in the world is the appearance of pimples on the skin, it affects everyone regardless of age. Most newborns in the first month of life appear red pimples all over the body: on the face, on the back, under the right or left shoulder blade, in the groin folds, on the buttocks and so on. But this is normal, it should be so. Especially in children at this time hormonal restructuring is going on. Do not worry, these red rashes with pimples on your baby will disappear in a few days or weeks without any treatment. However, if the pus-filled pimples either spread all over the body every day, taking over more and more areas, or the baby’s condition worsens over time, it is better to consult doctors to understand what these rashes are talking about. It may be a sign of a food allergy, or it may be a reaction to baby cosmetics that you use when bathing or treating your baby’s skin. This is how sensitivities to medications, food, and other things can manifest themselves, which you need to be aware of and take into consideration if you find that your child is allergic.
Pimples often appear during adolescence, especially in boys who have been rewarded by nature with oily skin. Reward, of course, dubious, and youthful maximalism and natural laziness make them not think about a bar of soap. Therefore, problems with normal personal hygiene turn into skin problems. It usually turns red, and then pimples appear on the face, neck, shoulders or back, they remain red for someone, for someone white with black dots in the middle. And someone is not lucky thoroughly, they mature internal pimples quite large, painful and itchy. But such trouble, although considered a teenager, does not bypass and adults.
Very often such pimples appear due to excessive, excessive production of oily fluid – subcutaneous fat, which is produced by our sebaceous glands, located deep in the skin. During puberty, hormones cause the sebaceous glands to work too hard and produce too much sebum and keratin, the protective protein that coats the skin. The combination of these two substances leads to clogged and inflamed pores, as well as blackheads and whiteheads. Add to this pair the microbes that live in large numbers on our skin and you have a killer mix. This trio, when they get down to business, gives us those pimples we hate so much.
Prednisolone can help reduce the inflammation and itching associated with acne due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. It can also help reduce the size of pimples and speed up the skin’s healing process.
Warning: Never squeeze pimples! Each one can leave a scar in its place. It is better not to use cosmetics and oil creams when you have skin problems. They can clog your pores even more.
To rid yourself or your child of problematic skin rashes, you need to adopt a few tips. They are simple and obvious. But they need to be applied on a daily basis. They should be your companions for the rest of your life.
Diet
Diet is important for the treatment and prevention of acne on the skin. Breastfed babies with acne need a maternal diet that excludes all allergens. It is better to eliminate dairy products and sugar from a nursing mother’s diet for at least two weeks until the rashes clear up.
Older children and teenagers should also be given as little sugar, dairy products, fried foods, and carbonated soft drinks as possible. Avoid margarine and animal fats. Provide plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and make whole grains a mainstay of the diet. For cooking, choose boiling, grilling, or baking in the oven.
Personal hygiene.
Vitamins.
With a healthy and strong immune system, you and your child won’t even notice that your body is dealing with skin problems and preventing them from showing up on your face or body.
